Living Room

The entire house has tile floors on one level. The gracious living room overlooks the meadow and the sea. Two navy-blue leather sofas provide comfortable seating over an oriental wool rug. The walnut side tables have reading lamps. Library area includes three bookcases filled with the classics, a wine rack, and a wet bar. It has a 25 inch television (w/ cable & VCR) and approximately 30 movies in English, French, and Spanish. (An extensive offering of international films are available at Gualala Video.) The excellent sound system includes: 5 disc CD player with 35 CD's, cassette player and satelite/cable connected tuner. Numerous games and puzzles are available. The third bathroom with shower is right off the hall.

Kitchen

The gourmet kitchen (26 x 28) with Corian countertops has a central island with a gas stove and additional seating with bar chairs. Includes: two gas ovens, a microwave, a 22 cf refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher. The kitchen is very well-appointed with ample good quality pots & pans, chef's knives, dishes, serving platters, food mixer, blender, waffle maker, coffeemaker, silverware, and baking dishes. The dining area contains an antique round oak table which seats six.

There is a desk in the corner of the kitchen with power and telephone access for your computer. A FAX machine is available upon request.
