A strong vertical design for the lower corners of a curtain panel. Best when worked in golds, browns or greens. Try it with antique gold leaves and stem and a cocoa brown seed pod with a bright gold tip.

CURTAIN TALK

Leading Edge: the edge of the curtain that comes first when you pull the curtains shut. When there are 2 panels to a window, for example, the center edges are the leading edges. The lower leading edge is a good place for an applique.
